All our prices are inclusive of tax. The present registration form counts as your official order form. Upon receipt of your registration (which you can forward by post, by fax or electronically), we shall send you our invoice to confirm your registration. The invoice amount shall be settled upon receipt into Fortis Bank account number 001- 4405433-60, in the name of MRH sprl. Cancellations must be notified by recorded delivery, addressed to MRH sprl - Rue du Bosquet 7 in 1400 Nivelles and shall be accepted until 6 may 2012. Please note that we shall deduct a 20% administration fee from any registrations we need to reimburse. We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that we can not issue any refunds to participants who cancel after the aforementioned date and that any amounts that may still be outstanding shall invariably be due. The organizer reserves the right to deny any participants who failed to settle their invoice prior to the conference access to the event and this without any prejudicial acknowledgment or release from any of the obligations incumbent on participants who have signed a registration form.
